Monday, August 11th, 2008Some congratulations are in order! First up, The inaugural Design NSW: Travelling Scholarship has been awarded to none other than recent JW artist, Matt Huynh! The sholarship is a new award presented by the Powerhouse Museum and British Council with Arts NSW, and will see Matt get a tidy sum to go to the UK to extend and expand his current Comic and Graphic Novel practice. The next tip of the hat goes to Mr. Rik Lee, for picking up a shiny silver medal in the olympics of T-shirt designs at the recent Graniph Design Award. Yay! For the record, we're not quite sure what Peace, Love, Rabbit Foot means either.
