Coming out of their shells.

Big News! Our nest has expanded even further! Please welcome JW's newest venture: The Hatch

After two years of running JW to incredible success, it became clear that there were more illustrators and artists out there that one agency could handle. Most of these artists were either young upstarts with a promising career ahead, of even seasoned old hands, working in a new direction or with more challenging bodies of work. Given the self-imposed limit of 32 artists at JW, The Hatch is a sub-agency where these special talents can hopefully find more commercial avenues for their output, while at the same time levereging Jacky Winter's existing systems and profile.

I could go on and on about the virtues of the fine fifteen artists that are in the launch roster, but I'll let you see for yourself. Go on, Look!

If anyone out there wants to take the flock under their wing for a special assignment, please do get in touch. In the meantime, do watch this space as there are some more exciting projects coming out in the coming months that will be sure to excite and tingle the senses.

The first outing of The Hatch will be made public in a few weeks, as JW flys the coop for London to represent our fair nation at Creative Review's inaugural 'Portfolios' conference.

Our newest big bird, Matthew, will be spending the week hawking our wares at stand 18, at Westminster Hall. He will also be taking time out to meet with our clients and prospective clients passing out our brand spanking new 2009 Field Guide:

More big things soon, as always.
